i am courtney amanda lynch . i love cats . i am siting in my brothers bed room win dow sil .in my faverit hat.and my favorit close .it is my favorite spot to sit. i like this spot bekus it is nice and cumfterble . and has a magnifasint viewe.

Courtney; Here's a recipe for Cheddar Breakfast Potatoes to add to your very own cookbook:
4 cups of shredded potatoes (shred in a food processor, or grater)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Place shredded potatoes in mixing bowl.
2. Add sour cream,heavy cream, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and the salt and pepper.
3. Place in greased casserole pan or baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
4 Top wih remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and return to oven for additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Enjoy. very tasty.
